QUALITY ASSURANCE AND MONITORING SYSTEM

As we are working with different multinational organizations, we achieved the ability to perform quality works and our team already coped up with these practices. Our team is ensuring the quality through two layers of supervision. Firstly- the project manager make a guideline about the project flow chart and specify the work schedule the Experience site Engineer continuously ensures the quality at site through maintaining the provided checklist and secondly our skilled quality control personnel randomly and selectively monitor the site for ensuring the overall quality. Moreover, for effective cost manner. We usually accommodate a permanent lodging nearer to the site premise.

Our coordination and communication system is very effective and up to date. In this regards,
Our QA team is accustomed with preparation and submission of report to the Project Manager weekly.
We always maintain a site specific and item specific and item specific check list for ensuring the optimum quality.

HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We are highly conscious about the practice of the government laws and legislations regarding the under aged (under 18 years) worker and environmental impact.
We believe on safety first and we are very concerned about the environmental policy particularly the health consciousness of worker. Each of the stiles there would be at least one First Aid Box all of our employees should be under health insurance. we try to avoid hazardous materials at sites. we are strict on safety shoes, helmet , safety belt and safety glass.

QUALITY ASSURANCE CAPABILITY

We are very much concern about the quality assurance work. to bearing in mind, we used to conduct weekly meeting between our team and contractor to forecast our design review and discuss the probable problem will be occurred during the execution of civil and steel works.
During the construction period, our potential field coordinator also confirms the quality works of construction.
Our effective checklist always guides the contractor, site engineer and field coordinator to achieve perfect solutions.

COST EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

We used to keep cost effective management with the help of our experienced and professional team members. We do have an overall project plan to implement our resources in an effective way. We always prefer to arrange our resource in a location whether we can achieve the maximum benefits.

We use our vehicles in a well-planned way to get the optimum service of transport.

Our procurement team is designed with some professional resources. As a result, they used to procure the best quality products, equipment’s for the moreover, we maintain a training session by which resource can handle the respective equipment properly.

PLANNING

Formulation of Qa goal, objective & define them clearly together with concerns.
Making list of individuals and organizations involved with the project, identifying their roles and :

Finalization of individuals and organization s to receive a copy of the approved Qa project plan and daily, Monthly, quarterly report including meeting schedule.

EXECUTION

Providing special guideline and training to all the Qa personnel regarding this project at a glance before the starting of implementation works.
Routing and regular visit of site by the expert engineer over the project period.
Frequent and sudden visit by expert Civil engineer during important civil work as demand.
Sudden and occasional visit by program. Project manager for ensuring highest customer satisfaction.

ASSESSMENT

Diagnosis and justify the report sent by the field engineer through random field visit by top level managers and different statistical tools as the meet the client’s needs. Identification of report preparer and recipients.

As well as any specific actions or recommendations needed for state of the in QA service as well as updated register.
