Engr. Md. Aslam Hossain graduated from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he worked in various multinational and international organizations in Bangladesh, namely Motorola, Bashundhara Group, Concord Group, Akhtar Group, and others.

He later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a reputed university with excellent results. After working for 15 years in the engineering and construction field, he started his own business in engineering consultancy, construction, and real estate development to nurture his creativity and imagination.

Currently, he is an Honorable Fellow Member of the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and a Registered RAJUK Engineer. He is also a Quantum Graduate and a Lifetime Blood Donor member of the Quantum Foundation.

He is a very communicative and social person who dreams of building residential facilities for all professional communities that are affordable and environmentally friendly.

His ultimate goal is to work for the people and serve the country with the highest level of professionalism.
